Winter roses, freshly grown By Octagonal Remnants they were sown Raiders rest in final sleep Below the blankets of ice and snow.
Captain Hauger may indeed rest
But Octagonal Remnants are wise to know

Raider eyes may still yet watch
As cornered wolf eyes blaze aglow.
Zaharghund nobles journey home,
Burdened with more than ink and quill
Armoured rats infect the land
Greedy and hungry for their fill.

Though negotiations had become still
Nord talons drew Wyrmsfolk blood
An aviary of hawks to kill the rats
To grow winter blooms on Zaharghund mud.
As the sun sets on Rimelands peaks

And both Nords and Remnants bask aglow
Between the shadows of their glory
Foes wait patient for tomorrow.
So the cat watches the show
Of battles between rats and birds
Our eyes turn west to setting sun
To lands of green where festivities stir.

Many thanks to our magnificent photographer for this event, Niko!
